A deposit of 10% of the agreed quote is required to secure any booking. Your date is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your slot and cover the work we turn away to hold your date.
While deposits aren't refundable, your booking can be transferred to another available date provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start.
The remaining balance is payable on completion of the work, once you're happy with the finish.
Deposits are paid by bank transfer to the account below. Please use your name (and postcode) as the payment reference so we can match it to your booking.
Once your deposit lands we'll confirm your booking and date by phone or WhatsApp. If anything's unclear, just ask before paying.
